Additional Information about Disputes
Expectations
Receipts are open for vendor dispute to correct late line metrics. To submit a dispute, vendors must provide the required documentation within five business days of the report date. Any dispute submitted without the necessary documentation will not be considered. Once reviewed, the dispute will either be accepted or rejected and reflected in the following month’s report.
Late Delivery Dispute
Vendors can dispute late received dates by providing proof of delivery, purchase order receipt date, and any other relevant information.
Item Lead Dispute
Incorrect item lead times can be corrected if previous communication was provided to BSWH. Vendors must provide documentation of prior communication, as well as a response from BSWH accepting this lead time. Lead times can be updated, but if not previously communicated to BSWH, these receipts may still be considered late.
